**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and distribution of automotive parts and supplies to support shop operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, routinely checking stock levels and placing orders as needed to prevent disruptions in workflow.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to understand parts requirements and provide timely support to repair jobs.
- Handle discrepancy resolutions, including incorrect parts or billing issues, to ensure swift problem solving and maintain client satisfaction.
- Implement inventory control and management systems to optimize parts availability and reduce holding costs.
- Monitor market trends and advancements in automotive parts to ensure the shop is stocked with high-demand items.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all staff members.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in automotive parts coordination or inventory management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required, depending on the location and transportation duties.
