Key Responsibilities
- Examine teeth, gums, and other oral structures to identify issues such as cavities, decay, or diseases.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and cosmetic treatments.
- Administer anesthetics to minimize patient discomfort during procedures.
- Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and post-treatment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and dental histories.
- Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery ( DDS ) or Doctor of Dental Medicine ( DMD ) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and board certification (as required).
- Proven clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and patient care excellence.
compensation
- 800/day up to 4 months
- 30% Production
- 2 weeks PTO after 1 year
- $2000 CE credits after 1 year
- Malpractice up to $500
- License renewal
- 401k offered
