Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am -2:30 pm
• Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 to 6:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms, bathrooms and lobby
• Maintain and organize the back office and studio’s towel supply area
