Part-time Education Specialist
- Organize and manage content timelines and deliverables related to various events, including submissions for the call for abstracts, abstract acceptance/decline notifications, and administration of abstract/content management platforms.
- Provide general administrative support, including maintaining documentation and files.
- Manage event trackers to ensure up-to-date status of deliverables and timeline benchmarks.
- Coordinate communications with authors/speakers, committee members, volunteers, and staff in relation to events.
- Provide support for the online learning platform (LearnUpon) through enrolling learners into courses, assisting learners with general inquiries, and pulling data/reports as needed.
- Oversee the Education email inbox by responding to general inquiries and escalating/routing inquiries as required.
- Process monthly online learning sales in MemberSuite and yearly billing and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
