Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity in Monroe, NC, is for a skilled Cath Lab Technician specializing in cardiac imaging and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with a variety of cardiac cases such as chest pain evaluations, vascular interventions, ablations, and pacemaker (PPM) procedures. Expertise in intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella device handling is essential, as is proficiency with aseptic technique, sheath removal, transradial (TR) band placement and removal, line securement, and cardiac rhythm/EKG interpretation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiac or cath lab environments as an RN or Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Certification through ARRT or RCIS preferred
• Proven competence with IABP/Impella devices and cath lab aseptic techniques
• Familiarity with EKG cardiac rhythm analysis and line securement procedures
• First-time travelers welcomed if meeting clinical competency requirements

Technology and Systems:

• Experience with EMR system EPIC
• Skilled use of cath lab equipment such as Merge and Hemo systems
