Behavioral Technician (BT) Fayetteville After School Hours
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural
- Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and
- Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-
- Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team
- Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
