Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated Order Entry experience and 3+ years in a professional client-facing/operational role.

• Spanish: Absolute fluency in Spanish and English (Written & Spoken) is required.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Teams) and experience navigating ERP or CRM platforms.

The Role

This isn't a call-center environment. You will be the backbone of the supply chain process, ensuring order integrity from entry to delivery while serving as a vital linguistic bridge for our Spanish-speaking partners and clients. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Order Entry: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with 100% accuracy, utilizing ERP and CRM systems to ensure high-speed data integrity.

• Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish .

• Supply Chain Collaboration: Work directly under the Supply Chain Manager to troubleshoot order discrepancies and optimize delivery timelines.

• Project Management: Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

• Leadership Potential: (For Senior Candidates) Provide guidance and oversight for a small team of two, ensuring departmental KPIs are met.
