Bilingual Order Management Specialist
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated Order Entry experience and 3+ years in a professional client-facing/operational role.
- Spanish: Absolute fluency in Spanish and English (Written & Spoken) is required.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Teams) and experience navigating ERP or CRM platforms.

education: Bachelors Responsibilities Location: Dallas, NC (On-site) Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (Based on Leadership Experience) The Role Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in the intersection of logistics, data accuracy is expanding its operations in Dallas, NC, and we are looking for a high-level Order Management Specialist to join the team in a newly created, permanent role. This isn't a call-center environment. You will be the backbone of the supply chain process, ensuring order integrity from entry to delivery while serving as a vital linguistic bridge for our Spanish-speaking partners and clients. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to Team Leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Precision Order Entry: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with 100% accuracy, utilizing ERP and CRM systems to ensure high-speed data integrity.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish .
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work directly under the Supply Chain Manager to troubleshoot order discrepancies and optimize delivery timelines.
- Project Management: Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Leadership Potential: (For Senior Candidates) Provide guidance and oversight for a small team of two, ensuring departmental KPIs are met.
