Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU
- Provide high-quality care for patients with various conditions, including CHF, Dysrhythmia, and more
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5, depending on acuity
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team including CNAs, hospitalists, and respiratory therapists
- Utilize EPIC EMR and manage IV pumps, monitors, and medication dispensing equipment
- Participate in unit and regional floating as necessary
- Contribute to a family-oriented unit culture
Requirements of the RN - PCU
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 18 months of PCU RN experience
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and management of central lines
- Experience with trach management and wound care
