Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with client design consultations, helping them make informed decisions about furniture styles and materials.
• Support sales and operations teams with project management, client follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Keep clients updated on project progress, providing photos and updates to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage and order project materials, and maintain efficient workflow for the team.
• Photograph finished projects and support marketing through social media posts.
• Handle post-project client care, resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.

What We're Looking For :

• Design degree or 1 year of design-related experience (internship or assistant role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for design and sales.
• Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and QuickBooks (or similar tools).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• In-office availability in Raleigh, NC.

As a Sales Designer, you will also earn commissions, with realistic annual earnings between $64,000 and $76,000, based on performance.
