About the Position
As a B‑Level Technician , you will handle mid‑ to advanced‑level mechanical and electrical work. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete maintenance services, and help keep customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance , inspections, and safety checks
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using tools and diagnostic equipment
- Repair and replace components:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Brakes
- Steering/Suspension systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Document all repairs, procedures, and parts used accurately
- Stay current with new repair techniques, tools, and industry trends
- Interact professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school training or certifications (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a B‑Level Technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners, tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
