SDET
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SDET in Durham, NC. Duties Include:
- Building automation tests using REST Assured and working with AWS and related SDKs
- Devising test strategies and processes, delivering solutions in an Agile environment
- Working with CI/CD pipelines, deploying applications through Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and uDeploy, and employing log aggregation tools such as Splunk
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or Primary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deploying applications through Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and uDeploy, and employing log aggregation tools such as Splunk
- Expert-level knowledge of Java and Java-based frameworks, with the ability to develop Microservices independently
- Proficient in understanding end-to-end software flow and using Java 8 and beyond
- Extensive experience in building automation tests using REST Assured and working with AWS and related SDKs
- Preferred experience with Cucumber, Karate, and IntelliJ
- Strong capability in devising test strategies and processes, delivering solutions in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with virtual/mock assets and a passion for crafting outstanding end-to-end customer experiences
- A multi-stack engineer with a breadth of knowledge in various technologies and test automation frameworks
- An upbeat pursuit of new technologies and their adoption, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
