Job Description Our Fayetteville, AR location is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the Procurement/Replenishment & Logistics arms of our Supply Chain team. This position is accountable to our Director of Supply Chain and is based out of our Fayetteville, AR facility.  - Strategic planning, assessing future supply and transportation logistics, and ensuring the right amount of product is available at the right place  - and the right time.  - Operate daily at the intersection of operations and leadership.  - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners like Engineering, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, and Maintenance.  - Leverage the scale of our procurement system.  - Use your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence. Direct experience, strongly preferred.  - Effective organizational & project management skills through proven experience  - Ability to manage, analyze, and make decisions using large volumes of data  - Excellent PC skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Team orientation with ability to be self-directed
