Key Responsibilities

• Connect with members using company-provided warm leads

• Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom

• Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate supplemental benefit solutions

• Guide members through the enrollment process while delivering an outstanding client experience

• Build long-term relationships through ongoing service, policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance

• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or recruiting is helpful—but  not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals ready to build a successful career.

Minimum Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment
