Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated lane based out of Tar Heel, NC. This position offers consistent freight, structured routes, and reliable weekly home time.

Drivers typically run full hours before taking a 34-hour reset at home , with the potential for up to 2 days off per week depending on scheduling.

Route & Freight Details

• Regional operating area: North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, DC
• Hauling 53-foot refrigerated trailers
• 100% no-touch freight
• Mostly single-stop deliveries
• Average of 10 loads per week
• Consistent, high-volume freight
• Dedicated account with steady scheduling

Schedule

• Primarily night shift driving
• Drivers typically run full clock before reset
• Home weekly for 34-hour reset
• Holiday work required

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,177
• Top Drivers Avg: $1,596/week
• Avg Annual Pay: $61,000+
• Top Earners Avg: $83,000+

Pay Structure:

• $52.06 per load up to 190 miles
• Mileage-based pay after 190 miles (based on experience)

Additional Pay:

• Detention Pay: $21/hour
• Mentor Pay: $175/day (5 days)

• Onsite office staff and maintenance team
• Well-maintained refrigerated trailers
• Consistent freight with minimal downtime

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• Must live within 50 miles of Tar Heel, NC
• Night driving experience required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal
• Must be willing to work holidays

Orientation & Onboarding

• Drivers must provide their own transportation to orientation
• Fast onboarding process once approved
