Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Provide proactive administrative support to Loan Closers and Loan Support Specialists
• Index loan documents received electronically from Loan Operations staff and/or third parties
• Track and update insurance and returned mail
• Review daily production reports and act as needed
• Review and analyze system generated and ad hoc reports
• Support the overall daily loan operational functions and projects as assigned
• Accurately process loan distributions and payments
• Responsible for the quality control of indexing, scanning, and storage of document images within the Bank's imaging system
• Deliver excellent customer service while interfacing with internal and external customers
• Perform other job-related duties as instructed by Manager

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of banking experience; loan operations-related experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task while still maintaining careful attention to detail
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Strong general computer skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or Foreign Equivalent

Physical Demands/ Work Environment Requirements: Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, and bend. A valid driver's license is required. Must have the ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Mental Demands: Must be a creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a history of working efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines, and following projects through to completion. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision while delivering the highest level of customer service. Must maintain the highest level of discretion and management of confidential and sensitive information.
