Sales Representative

What You'll Do:
- Identify and reach out to businesses needing staffing andrecruiting services
- Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs
- Present and promote Taj Staffing services
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction
- Grow your pipeline and expand our client base
What Were Looking For:
- Confidence in reaching out to new clients (phone, email, social media)
- Prior sales or staffing experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage leads and follow-ups
- A passion for helping businesses grow through great talent
