We are seeking a Lead Receiver to join our team at the AMEX Centurion Lounge , a luxury space offering guests premium food and beverages in an upscale environment.
What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Receiver, you’ll be an inventory expert and safety leader. You’ll oversee stock operations, manage shipments, and ensure organization across storage facilities—all while guiding and supporting a team.
Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and supporting a team of 3+ employees.
- Receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Overseeing daily stockroom operations in stores, warehouses, and other storage areas.
- Ensuring compliance with Sodexo HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Training, orienting, and coaching team members to ensure productivity and service excellence.
- Monitoring workplace safety, reporting incidents, and participating in regular safety meetings and training.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.
- Utilizing computerized purchasing and inventory systems (basic Excel knowledge required).
- Supporting management with oversight of day-to-day functions.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a similar environment.

- Ability to train, direct, and support team members effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using basic technology (email, phone, spreadsheets).
- Ability to maintain professionalism with colleagues, managers, vendors, and clients.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Knowledge of OSHA and local safety requirements.
