IAM Analyst - Level 2

Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Environment: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite

Employment Type: 6 month contract

Experience Level: Intermediate

Scope of Work

• Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
• Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.
• Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.
• Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD .
• Work with authentication standards ( LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM ).
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks ( ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI ).
• Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
• Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC (1525 W. WT Harris Blvd).

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $41.10 - $43.00/hr.
