Dozer Operator - Fine Grade

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled GPS Dozer Operator specializing in Fine Grade work to join our team. In this role, you will operate a GPS Dozer to perform precise grading. Your expertise in GPS Dozer operation and safety procedures will ensure efficient project progress while adhering to safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to heavy civil work, utilizing your site work experience to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

• Operate GPS Dozer with a focus on fine grading,
• Collaborate with team members to execute grading plans accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all safety regulations related to dozer operation and site protocols to promote a safe work environment.
• Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds and report maintenance on assigned equipment.
• May perform other job site duties as required based on job site needs.
• Respect and follow leadership and directions from assigned foreman.
• Treat co-workers, subcontractors and customers with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating GPS Dozer, with a focus on fine grading.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize and complete work in changing situations.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Have the ability to travel within 60-75 miles of greater Charlotte Metro Area.
• Must pass a pre-employment background screening.
