About the Role:
As the Nurse Manager , you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth medical operation of our inpatient services . This is not a sit-behind-the-desk leadership position-we're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, step in where needed, and lead by example . You'll work closely with staff and clients to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining high-quality care standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff across all levels of care.
Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate nursing team members.
Ensure compliance with OMHSAS and The Joint Commission standards.
Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee medication management, infection control, and clinical documentation.
Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment.
Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff.

Leadership experience - Prior experience in a leadership role within the mental health treatment space is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
Active nursing license in PA.
Minimum 4 years of nursing leadership experience , with at least 2 years in a behavioral health treatment setting .
Strong knowledge of OMHSAS and Joint Commission compliance requirements.
Proven ability to recruit, lead, and manage a nursing team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
