The Position: Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed. Processes return transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

-Greeting customers in a positive manner and helping them find specific items

-Wrapping, bagging, or boxing merchandise for customers

-Accepting payment by credit, debit, or cash

-Calculating and giving correct change to the customer

-Resolving customer complaints and rectifying price discrepancies

-Handling exchanges, refunds, credits.

-Entering purchases into the cash register to calculate the purchase price

Job Requirements:

-High school diploma required.

-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

-Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.
