Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO

•The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
•Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
•Process all payment methods
•Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
•Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

•A Barista will have an outgoing and social personality
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
•Strong attention to detail and a passion for product quality
•Previous experience always helps, but is not required
•Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
