BrightStar Care of Asheville, NC is looking for an Assistant Drector of Nursing to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review
• National accounts
• Assist with RN/LPN hiring
• Provide medical assessments for new and existing clients
• Perform supervisory visits
• Uphold BrightStar behavior standards

Requirements:

• RN with five (5) years clinical experience, including Infusions, Wound care. etc.
• Two (2) years experience in-home care preferred
• Current state license to practice in state care is being provided
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
• Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
• Analytic/Critical thinker.
• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills
• Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff and community.
• Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
• Case management skills are a plus
• Ability to work on weekends, nights and holidays
• Reliable transportation
