Job Title: Senior Structural Concrete Project Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Plan Work: Develop detailed strategies for project execution and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and Execute Work: Ensure effective implementation of project plans, overseeing all aspects of medium or large-scale projects.
• Oversee and Direct Staff: Lead and mentor subordinate Superintendents and team members in their roles.
• Promote Client and Industry Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients through professional conduct and communication.
• Ensure a Safe Work Environment: Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and quality (SQP).
• Participate in Training/Certifications: Engage in ongoing professional development and support team training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 years of related concrete construction site management experience in an Assistant or Field or Area Superintendent role and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
• Line & Grade experience essential.
• Prior experience as a concrete construction Foreman required.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with formwork systems.
• Appropriate Craft Certifications may be required, including OSHA30. First Aid, CPR, and AED
