- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and attract guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Participate in community outreach and promotional events to enhance hotel reputation.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, sales, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
