Tritex Associate is an experienced position and is responsible for operation of the Tritex equipment and completion of packing at Paceline. This position is designed to promote the quality and production standards set by Paceline, providing consistent attention to detail and promoting a safe work environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• • Is trained and able to operate the following equipment:
    • Roller
    • Autoclave
  • Is able to ensure finished product meets quality standards set forth in the production travelers and escalates quality concerns to the appropriate leadership
  • Is able to complete transactions in JobBoss, our ERP, such as picking sales orders and issuing materials to jobs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment
    • Blow off Rolling tables
    • Sweep the production floor
    • Empty trash bins
    • Organize extra material to maximize operational space
  • Operate and maintain streaming fabric machinery and tools to ensure smooth production flow interviewguy.com.
  • Assemble and process fabric according to detailed work instructions and quality specifications Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources.
  • Monitor the production line, identify and remove defective or misaligned fabric, and report issues to supervisors interviewguy.com+1.
  • Perform quality checks on finished fabric to ensure it meets customer and company standards Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources.
  • Pack and prepare finished fabric rolls or sheets for shipment interviewguy.com.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all safety protocols and using required PPE (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, protective clothing) Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources.
  • Follow production schedules to meet daily output quotas interviewguy.com.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
