Human Resources Generalist
Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist provides support to the HR Supervisor across a broad range of human resource functions. This role contributes to the planning, implementation, execution, and administration of key HR initiatives while supporting day-to-day employee needs.
The position works on moderately complex assignments requiring sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make routine recommendations. The individual operates independently on routine work and receives general guidance on new or unique assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Support hourly employment processes, including recruiting coordination and onboarding activities
Assist with benefits administration and employee benefit inquiries
Provide employee relations support, addressing routine questions and concerns
Support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action initiatives
Compile and analyze employee data to support reporting and workforce analytics
Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis to support decision-making
Deliver strong employee customer service and respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with talent acquisition processes as needed
