Lead Pastor
This role is critical to the health and success of Village Baptist Church. The Senior Pastor will be responsible for the welfare and oversight of Village Baptist Church, leading overall growth and development and implementing a comprehensive, cross-functional, and cohesive missions and ministry strategy. He will be the administrative head of the church. He will exemplify biblical leadership and maintain a strong devotional life of worship, prayer, and a personal study of God’s Word, resulting in a deeper relationship with Christ.
