As Veterinarian, you’ll support a dedicated Practice Manager, Operations Leaders, and Support Center to elevate clinical standards, enhance the client experience, and foster a positive, forward-thinking work environment. Key Leadership Responsibilities:

• Mentor & Develop: Support and grow a team of veterinarians and staff through coaching, collaboration, and ongoing development.
• Foster Collaboration: Ensure seamless operations by working closely with leadership and implementing best practices.
• Build Relationships: Champion a compassionate, trust-based environment for clients and staff alike.
• Drive Results: Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and goal setting to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) required
• Active veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
