About the Role:

• Group has locations in Wilmington, Newark, Dover, and Middletown. Very close to Philadelphia!
• General and surgical dermatology, Cosmetic Procedures, Plastic Surgery
• Spa & Laser Center with Nurse injectors and 4 aestheticians.
• Our facility combines an alluring spa atmosphere and concierge service with clinical expertise for all your beauty and skincare needs.
• Integrated medical, cosmetic, surgical and aesthetic expertise with the highest standards of care and compassion.
• General Dermatology Care
• Opportunity for surgical procedures available
• Option for 3 or 4 day work week!
• No weekends patient hours
• 27 Hours of Clinical Care per Week. 9 Hour days with 5-6 patients per hour.
• NO Hospital call for dermatologist
• Office on-call every 18 weeks for dermatologists
• EHR: EMA
• 2-3 year partnership track

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $350,000
• Production Incentive 40% of collections after producing $875,000
• Relocation reimbursed - $10,000
• Yearly CME Allowance $2,000

Background Profile:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
