Luxury Concierge - REEDS Jewelers - Fenton
A Luxury Retail Concierge for REEDS Jewelers is a customer’s first point of contact within the store. REEDS Jewelers stands apart because every interaction is steeped in trust. We earn and achieve our customers’ trust with authenticity, transparency, honesty, and the sharing of knowledge to build a customer’s own confidence. The Concierge will set the tone for the customer’s experience and build brand desirability by helping identify the customer’s needs, offer direction, and introduce the customer to our team of sales professionals.
Our Luxury Retail Concierge is an ambassador of our Brand and ensures every customer is treated with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity. The ideal Concierge is warm, engaging, relatable, and is a trusted guide to help find what customers are looking for to commemorate their Moments That Matter. The Concierge will partner with the sales associates to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

- Greet each customer
- Build genuine connections with each customer
- Help customers understand and be familiar with the REEDS Brand using authentic communication styles
- Introduce customers to sales teams members
- Assist the sales team with maintaining a clean, professional, and safe environment
- Communicate any sales, promotions, or events to each customer
- Offer refreshments to each customer
- Build trust in REEDS by showing “we got you”
- Create relevance by going beyond the sea of jewelry cliches
- Make people think about jewelry in a different way
- Broaden the occasions to buy by expanding the notion of memorable moments
- Is inviting, relatable, and provides a refreshing outlook
- Is fun-loving and out-going, yet not over the top
- Knows how and when to turn up the “yay” factor and find it easy to enjoy the moment
- Providing a warm & hospitable welcome of clients into the boutique
- Assisting with appointment check-in/out and scheduling of appointments, when applicable
- Understand and assist in the execution of store operations, policies and procedures
- In-depth understanding of REEDS Jewelers product offerings and knowledge of the product fully in order to convey the information to clients.
- Assist in proper communication channels among team members
- Support proper floor coverage
- Assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, helping to create luxury experiences that positively impact both sales and service
- Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly and have a memorable experience commensurate with the REEDS brand.
- Engage with clients and share REEDS Jewelers’ history, product introductions and service offerings
- Utilize storytelling and conversation to discern client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional to achieve sales goals.
- Accurately manage floor waiting list.
- Communicate with management any potential service issues.
- Share client interactions and impressions of the brand with management.
- Foster collaboration and works best in a team environment.
- Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring that all areas are stocked and clean.
- Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
- Support Company Initiatives and demonstrate agility when it comes to change
- Follow all policies and procedures regarding Loss Prevention
