Job Overview: Smart Stack Impact is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
