CDL‑A SOLO DRIVERS WANTED
DEDICATED REGIONAL | HOME WEEKLY | CONSISTENT FREIGHT
BrightFlag Recruiting is hiring full‑time CDL‑A Solo Drivers for a dedicated Regional fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC (28392) .

WHAT WE OFFER- Average weekly pay: $1,172
- Top weekly pay: $1,613
- Average annual pay: $60,961
- Top annual pay: $83,897
- Mileage‑based pay structure
- Detention pay
- Safe & on‑time weekly bonus — up to 3% additional pay

- Night driving required
- Approximately 10 loads per week
- Delivery area includes:
- North Carolina
- Virginia
- Maryland
- Pennsylvania
- Delaware
- Washington, DC
- Consistent, predictable freight
- 100% no‑touch freight
- Top‑of‑the‑line automatic transmission trucks
- Pulling 53’ trailers
- On‑site office staff & maintenance support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Must meet DOT requirements (physical, background check, drug screen)
- Clean and safe driving record
- Professional, safety-focused, strong communicator
