Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care

Locations: Garner, NC | Wendell, NC | Zebulon, NC | Youngsville, NC | Dunn, NC (No travel)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a growing primary care team serving communities across North Carolina. Providers will work at one designated clinic location and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

This opportunity is ideal for providers who enjoy preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.

• Provide preventive care and health education.

• Refer patients to specialists as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.

• Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.

• Review laboratory, imaging, and emergency reports as appropriate.

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).

• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

  1-3 years of experience in:

1. Family Practice

2. Internal Medicine

3. Urgent Care

• Community Health

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
