This is an entry-level role perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of accounting and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. You’ll support a variety of tasks across departments, gaining real-world experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Customer Financing, Reconciliations, and Administrative Operations.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Supporting basic accounting functions (A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and reporting)
• Assisting with inventory tracking and production cost entry
• Providing administrative and clerical support to the accounting and operations teams
• Helping with customer support, order entry, and financing program coordination
• Ordering and organizing office supplies
• Supporting cross-department needs during busy periods or special projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidate with some background in accounting or business (school or work experience)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers, systems, and processes
• Flexible and proactive with a willingness to take on new tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in manufacturing or construction is a plus
