Mosquito Control Manager / Lead Technician

A1 Pest Control has built a strong reputation for providing reliable, high-quality pest management services to homeowners throughout western North Carolina. Our mosquito and tick control program continues to grow rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated professional to help lead and expand this service. Responsibilities
• Perform mosquito and tick control treatments for residential customers
• Manage and oversee mosquito control service routes
• Train and supervise mosquito control technicians
• Ensure treatments are performed safely and effectively
• Maintain application equipment and service vehicles
• Conduct quality control inspections and ride-alongs
• Assist with scheduling and route efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service Qualifications
• Experience in pest control, mosquito control, lawn care, or outdoor spraying services preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors during summer conditions
• Strong communication and organizational skills North Carolina pest control license is preferred but not required. We can help the right candidate obtain licensing. Compensation & Benefits
• $22 – $28 per hour depending on experience
