Inside Sales Representative (Machine Control) - Remote
Product Knowledge - Maintain a deep understanding of machine control systems, software, and industry applications to provide tailored recommendations.
Sales Process - Guide customers from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Order Management - Process orders accurately and coordinate with operations to ensure timely product delivery.
Relationship Building - Develop long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty to drive repeat business.
Collaboration - Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
Problem Solving - Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating technical challenges as needed.
Sales Reporting - Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
Continual Learning - Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to customers. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of inside sales experience, ideally in machine control, construction equipment, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of machine control technology, components, and applications in construction and related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
