Job Title: Assembler - Asheville, NC

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using tools like drills, rivet guns, and soldering equipment following a specific sequence.
• Inspect and verify quality at key stages, ensuring custom changes meet specifications.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reorder parts using the Kanban system.
• Support various line operations, engage in cross-training, and safely clean and pack final products.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of hand tools.

Work Environment

The work environment involves using various hand tools and equipment in an assembly line setting. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals. The role requires flexibility to cover multiple operations on the line and may involve manual or aided movement of units.

This is a Contract position based out of Asheville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
