Job Summary
A technology-driven organization is seeking a proactive, hands-on leader to oversee production operations within its electronics assembly environment. Reporting to the operations head and collaborating closely with production leadership, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day manufacturing processes, lead production teams, and help drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations.
Job Description
- Coordinate the execution of build orders aligned with production plans and business needs
- Lead and prioritize assembly and inventory control teams to meet shipping and output objectives
- Maintain and enforce compliance with internal manufacturing protocols and external quality standards
- Manage incoming material processes, including procurement coordination, inspections, and supplier quality assurance
- Ensure production equipment is maintained and calibrated to support operational uptime
- Monitor and support internal and supplier-related returns (RMAs) and quality metrics
- Handle assessment and disposition of quarantines or non-conforming materials
- Collaborate with engineering and support tems to resolve technical product issues
- Track and report on production metrics, such as yield, throughput, and quality performance
- Reinforce health, safety, and quality standards within the production environment
- Lead or support process improvements leveraging Lean, 5S, or other efficiency methodologies L
- Execute operational tasks as needed to support evolving business requirements

Skills Required
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a quality-focused production setting (ISO 9001 or similar)
- Experience supervising or coordinating cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Familiarity with electronics assembly concepts and terminology (e.g. SMT, AOI, ESD, Burn-in, HiPot
- Working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems for production and materials management
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools and Lean manufacturing practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions
- Skilled in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a posiitive team culture S
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to product quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); database experience an assent
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to undergo a background check and occasionally travel domestically or internationally as required
- Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- $52,000 - $62,400 annually
