Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $58,790 per year Description We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the public perception of our brand while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PR strategies and tactics, with a flair for crafting compelling narratives and engaging content Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing effective PR strategies and campaigns
• Draft press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials
• Monitor media coverage and track public sentiment related to our brand
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for events, press conferences, and media briefings
• Conduct research to inform PR strategies and identify new opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations on PR activities and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with media relations and understanding of media landscape
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital communication tools
