Senior IT Procurement Manager

Job Summary
- Location: Charlotte, NC. - Pay: $54.00 per hour.
- Duration: 12-month contract with potential extension and conversion.

We are seeking a Senior Technology Sourcing professiona l for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC with a leading financial services organization. This role is ideal for a sourcing, procurement, or vendor management professional with strong experience negotiating complex technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, MSAs, and market data agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology sourcing projects from requirements gathering through supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Manage RFP, RFI, supplier evaluation, proposal review, and award recommendation activities.
- Negotiate SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, Master Service Agreements, and market data agreements.
- Partner with legal, risk, compliance, finance, and business teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and risk requirements.
- Develop supplier negotiation strategies to reduce costs, improve contract terms, and support enterprise sourcing goals.
- Maintain sourcing, supplier, and contract documentation using procurement tools, including Ariba.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or technology sourcing experience.
- Experience negotiating software, SaaS, and technology services agreements.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFP management and contract execution.
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, finance, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Financial services, banking, wealth management, investment banking, or commercial banking experience.
- Experience sourcing market data, broker services, or related technology categories.
- Ariba sourcing and contract management experience.
- Fortune 100 company experience.
