Bilingual Receptionist – Personal Injury
Location: Charlotte, NC (In Office) | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Full-Time
Front Desk Support
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
- Operate a multi-line phone system: answer calls, assist callers, relay accurate messages, and connect to appropriate contacts.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Promptly direct outgoing/incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries to intended recipients.
- Maintain tidy and welcoming public spaces (lobby, meeting rooms, bathrooms, break areas).
- Prepare meeting rooms, documents, and arrange refreshments as needed.
- Support administrative needs: copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and note taking.
- Meet with clients for notary services.
- Coordinate with staff as needed for client check execution and releases.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, attorneys, and legal staff.
- Provide assistance and guidance in both Spanish and English, ensuring clarity and comfort for all visitors.
- Support the execution of all daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- A strong passion to help others and achieve best outcomes.
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- NC Notary Public (or willingness to obtain within six months).
- Familiarity with legal language and processes.
