Position OverviewWe are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Manager with strong customer service experience and a leadership mindset. This role is ideal for:
A senior salesperson ready to move into management
An F&I Manager who wants more involvement on the sales floor
A high-performing sales professional seeking advancement
A motivated individual outside the car business who wants to build a career in automotive
You will lead a team of 5–8 sales professionals, desk and close deals, recruit and develop staff, and serve as backup in F&I when needed. For the right person, we will move you into leadership quickly.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and hold accountable a team of 5–8 sales associates
Desk and structure vehicle deals
Work directly with customers to close transactions
Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing sales staff
Train and mentor new and existing salespeople
Step into F&I as needed to maintain deal flow
Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction standards
Drive unit volume and gross objectives
Customer service skills in bunches
Proven sales performance (automotive preferred, not required)
F&I experience is a strong plus
Leadership mindset and desire to grow
Strong communication and closing skills
Competitive drive and accountability
