Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville, NC clinic.
This is a senior-level clinical role designed for experienced BCBAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality care while also mentoring clinicians and contributing to the growth and development of a strong clinical team.
Senior BCBAs play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.
Our clinic offers a structured, supportive environment with strong operational backing, allowing you to focus on clinical care and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of pediatric clients (ages 2–14)
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure client progress
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior clinicians
• Support training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Collaborate with families to ensure carryover and progress
• Partner with leadership to support clinic growth and performance
• Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and regulatory standards

Education
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field required
Certification
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure (LBA)
Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs and developing clinicians
• Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
