Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer
Accentuate Staffing is working with a company that is seeking a talented Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to join their growing team. This organization is a trusted provider of premium building materials and design solutions, committed to craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional customer service. This role plays a key part in expanding their cabinetry design presence in the Raleigh market and offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to make a significant impact.
The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proactive approach to business development. In this position, you will collaborate with homeowners, builders, and remodelers to create custom cabinetry solutions, manage projects from concept to completion, and contribute to the growth of the company’s design division.
Responsibilities:
- Design custom kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts using 20/20 Design Software with precision and creativity
- Consult with clients in the showroom to understand needs and guide product selections
- Accurately measure spaces and prepare detailed project orders and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, and trade professionals to drive new business opportunities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinetry design and sales
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design Software and strong technical design skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project documentation processes
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
