About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Security Analyst to support our client, a global leader in the food, agriculture, and supply-chain solutions industry. This role focuses on driving secure technology integration throughout complex business transformations. You’ll work on behalf of a multinational enterprise undergoing frequent Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV), ensuring that security controls, processes, and standards are clearly defined, scalable, and repeatable across the organization.
This position is ideal for a senior-level professional with deep MADJV security experience who can translate technical requirements into actionable, business-friendly guidance. Job Description
In this role, you will support the secure integration and separation of technology environments across acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture initiatives. You will define security control baselines, document end-to-end processes, and contribute to the development of a standardized security service model. This includes creating playbooks, workflows, training materials, and executive-level documentation that align with the organization’s security framework.

You will collaborate with Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), security architects, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure MADJV activities meet governance requirements and maintain a strong security posture.

Key Outcomes

• Development of MADJV security control baselines aligned to the organization’s enterprise security framework, covering acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios.
• Creation of end-to-end MADJV security processes, including defined roles, responsibilities, decision gates, and required deliverables.
• Integration of MADJV control requirements into internal secure-launch workflows and associated artifacts.
• Delivery of structured training and enablement materials for BISOs and key operational stakeholders.
• Establishment of MADJV security as a repeatable, productized service within the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV) from an IT security integration perspective
  (Mandatory — candidates without this experience will not be considered)
• Ability to define security control baselines for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture states, including Day 1 readiness and transitional phases
• Proven ability to translate complex technical security requirements into business-friendly guidance and training
• Experience creating playbooks, implementation standards, workflows, and executive-level documentation
• Strong communication skills with an ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must have MADJV (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures) experience to be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale, global enterprise environments
• Familiarity with secure-launch programs, governance frameworks, and BISO operating models
• Background in productizing or operationalizing security services
• Certification(s) such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar
