We're looking for a full-time Dental Office Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact every day while bouncing between our locations in Leland & Hampstead, NC.

Pay & Schedule:

This full-time position offers $16.00–$21.00 an hour, based on experience .

You'll typically work 30–32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM .

Our ideal candidate also exhibits the qualifications listed below:

• 3+ years of business administration experience
• 3+ years of experience working in a dental or medical office
• 3+ years of experience with orthodontic or dental insurance verification, submission, and ledger management
• Computer proficiency with programs like Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Facebook, and Instagram
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Bonus: Experience with Dolphin software

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DENTAL OFFICE SPECIALIST

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations. You'll greet patients in person, answer calls and emails, and schedule appointments with precision. Your attention to detail ensures accurate data entry and timely updates to patient files.

You'll also embrace cross-training opportunities, learning insurance processes, ledger work, and treatment plan coordination. As you grow in the role, you may become the go-to person for troubleshooting office issues, such as internet or equipment problems, keeping everything running smoothly. Your efforts make a real difference in the patient experience and the success of our practice.
