The Opportunity

Tim Johnson Landscaping is growing — and we're looking for a sharp, organized professional to step into a newly created role at the center of our specialty services operation. As our Specialty Services Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes things happen. You'll serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for TJL's specialty service lines — irrigation repair and maintenance, turf programs, plant healthcare, and enhancement services — working closely with our account managers, admin team, and field crews to deliver an outstanding client experience across both our commercial and residential portfolios.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Specialty Services

• Be the go-to internal contact for irrigation repair and maintenance, turf programs, plant healthcare, and single-service work orders

• Communicate directly with commercial and residential clients to schedule services, confirm scope, and follow up on completed work

• Partner with account managers to identify client needs and ensure every specialty service is delivered on time and to TJL's quality standard

Estimate & Coordinate Enhancements

• Prepare estimates for smaller enhancement services — pruning, mulch, and comparable single-service requests

• Manage proposal status and follow up with account managers to drive estimate-to-approval conversion

• Collaborate with TJL's Project Estimator on larger-scale projects to ensure seamless handoffs

Drive the Operation in Aspire

• Own quoting, scheduling, work order management, and progress tracking within Aspire, TJL's field operations platform

• Maintain organized service records, open proposals, and client correspondence — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

• Support the VP of Operations with reporting and operational updates

What We're Looking For

You're a fit for this role if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in landscape operations, service coordination, or a closely related field

• Are highly organized and can juggle multiple service lines, priorities, and timelines without dropping the ball

• Communicate clearly and professionally — with clients, crews, and internal teams alike

• Learn technology quickly; prior experience with Aspire or similar field service/CRM software is a plus

• Take pride in quality work and hold yourself to a high standard, even when no one is watching

• Have working knowledge of irrigation systems, turf care, or plant healthcare (preferred, not required)

• Thrive in a team environment but are fully capable of owning your responsibilities independently

Competitive Pay & Full Benefits
