Marketing Automation Specialist

Hybrid - 3 Days onsite - Raleigh, NC OR Neenah, Wi, OR Dallas, TX

6 Month contract with opportunity to convert

40 hours a week, paid weekly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation - hubspot
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade email marketing tools
• Strong understanding of email lifecycle strategy and campaign development
• Ability to lead end-to-end campaign processes including segmentation, scoring, and testing

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with AI-driven campaign models
• Consulting agency experience
• HTML and email design principles
• Strategic thinking and career growth orientation
• Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Databricks, APIs) is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
