Shrink Conversion Worker/ 3rd Shift

Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Palletizer

Shift: 3rd

Schedule: Tuesday, 12 AM - Saturday, 8 AM

Basic Responsibilities: The Conversion Palletizer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety inspection of work area and addresses noted issues
• Prepares production supplies, including pallets, boxes, tape, and stretch wrap
• Conducts daily inspection and preventative maintenance of machinery
• Reads job specification sheet to determine job requirements
• Verifies orders being produced on Seamers
• Verifies daily shipping requirements to ensure priorities are met
• Completes required paperwork for each job
• Packs finished product for shipment to customer
• Cleans up machine and work area
• Assists in training of new employees
• Assists with other tasks as needed
• Complies with all Plant Rules
• All other appropriate duties as assigned by the management team
• Applies temperature tags to the pallets

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Basic math and measurement skills

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Able to move and lift to 50 lbs.
• Able to reach and bend
